With over 20 years of hands-on construction experience, Alex brings a lifetime of craftsmanship and deep industry knowledge to every Yule Builders project. Growing up in Chicago in a family rooted in architecture and general contracting, construction is more than a career for Alex—it’s in his blood.
From swinging his first hammer as a kid to leading high-end remodels and custom home builds today, Alex has always approached the work with a meticulous eye and genuine passion for the craft. While he’s highly skilled across all aspects of construction, his true expertise shines in finish carpentry and historical home restorations—where attention to detail and respect for timeless design are essential.
Alex believes that exceptional homes are built not just with tools, but with integrity, communication, and care. Every project he touches reflects that philosophy.

A Colorado native with over 20 years of construction experience, Troy brings a deep-rooted passion for building and a sharp eye for project management to every Yule Builders project. He earned his degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, combining formal education with decades of real-world expertise.
From managing complex remodels to guiding clients through the renovation process with clarity and confidence, Troy thrives on turning big ideas into beautifully built spaces. Known for his steady leadership and problem-solving mindset, he ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
